MINUTES March 1 , 1991 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> APP INTMEN.`. Ms. Peters, Pow-Wow <br /> Ms. Peters, Chairman of the Pow-Wow Committee, was in <br /> attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Costa informed Ms. Peters each year the number of <br /> food stands at the Pow-Waw has increased. Mr, Costa ex- <br /> plained the time and efforts expended by Health Agents for <br /> this three day affair and relayed this Board is considering <br /> imposing a temporary three day fee of $25.00 for each food <br /> stand. <br /> M . Greelish stated he would like to require a reduced <br /> special Occasion fee and not set a policy, as of yet. If the <br /> Council has any additional comment they may discuss this with <br /> the Board. <br /> Mr. Evans informed Ms, Peters he will request each ven- <br /> dor to attend a meeting in this office to explain proper food <br /> preparation, sanitation and food stand locations. <br /> Ms. Peters stated she will consult with the Council and <br /> report back to this Board with their comments, <br /> APPOINTMENT: John Blavinski - 30 Spoondrift Way <br /> Mr. David sanicli, representing the engineering firm of <br /> Cape & Islands, was in attendance. <br /> Mr. Sanicki informed the Board there are two existing <br /> cesspools, one of which services one bedroom the other the <br /> remaini <br />
