Mr. <br /> Doherty informed Mr. Borselli this Board would be setting <br /> precedent in granting that variance. <br /> Mr. Mc Uaid informed Mr. Borselli this Board would <br /> sign-off on the building permit however, a condition would be <br /> placed on it stating there is to be no increase in habitable <br /> space. . <br /> Mr. Borselli requested to withdraw the proposal for a <br /> Title Vseptic system upgrade without- prejudice. <br /> Mr . Doherty motioned to accept the request for with- <br /> drawal without prejudice, Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Stan Ingram - "Farmers Market" <br /> Mr. Ingram was in attendance for this scheduledappoint- <br /> ment, <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated he spoke with a Fields Pointrepre- <br /> sentative regarding the proposed "Market" within MashpeeCom- <br /> mons. It was learned the individual who authorizes this type <br /> of operation is presently out of the country and is expected <br /> ,go to return by the end of the month. This Board is favorable <br /> to the "Market" within the Commons but would prefer to await <br /> Mr, Chase's return in order to discuss this Boards concerns <br /> with bots parties. Correspondence rye Lakeside Trailer Park clean- <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed he inspected the site with Bob Sherman, <br /> the Park Manager and Association members at . hich time we <br /> discussed proper methods for clean-up of the illegal dump <br /> - site. The Park Manager was informed we would except as much <br /> debris as possible at the landfill , as long as, it was <br /> separated. <br /> Mr, Buns informed the Board, yesterday a ten wheeler <br /> was brought to the landfill With debris. from the trailer park <br /> and was informed seven or -eight more loads would be forthcom- <br /> ing.
