Mr, McQuay i d to attend the meeting.. 10. septic system upgrade, 23 Keel_Way - Mr. McQuaid in- formed the Board groundwater was adjusted by 2 inches. Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance from Board of Health regulations requiring a 1000 gallon pit to flow dif- fusers, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. APPOINTMENT: Cheri lyn Peters - 1991 Pow-Wow M . Peters was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- ment. Ms. Peters informed the Board Committee members were not opposed the $25.00 fee requirement for each food stand. Mr. Evans stated he would like all food stands to be stationed in one area. We will request each food stand op- erator- to attend a meeting at the Board of Health to discuss food regulations. [ An inspection of ,each. food stand will take place just pr romp to opening. 4 1 APPOINTMENT: oa.nne Marinelli - Addition 24 'Wilsons Grove Mr-. & Mrs, Marinelli were in attendance for this sched- uled appointment Mr. Marinelli informed the *Board his 'septic system was recently upgraded due' o septic failure Mr, Evans informed. Mr. Marinelli the septic repair was approved on an emergency basis, no increase in � habitable space is permitted. Mr. McQuaid informed Mr, Marinelli that if he were to retain an engineer- or registered sanitarian to draw plans for the existing septic system most likely the septic system would require variances. This Heard is not permitted to ap- prove variances from Tide V for the purpose of increasing living space. Mr, Greeff.ish informed Mr. Marinelli of the problems in the area with ground saturation.
