'Jerry Monaghan was in attendance. <br /> i <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he met with Town Counsel <br /> who incorporated amendments to the contract. "Mr. Schutz was <br /> agreeable to contract amndmet . l' Mr, McQuaid recommended <br /> Board members endorse the contractual agreement. <br /> M . Costa motioned to accept the amended contract as <br /> presented, Mr. Doherty seconded. Mr. Costa and Mr. Doherty <br /> forwarded their signatures to the contractual agreements <br /> AT THIS TIME MR, GREELIH JOINED THE MEETING* <br /> Mr. Greelish forwarded his signature. to the recycling <br /> contract. <br /> Mr. McQuaid requested the Boards permission to , have <br /> South Shore Recycling remove the metal pile. <br /> Board member's agreed. <br /> M . Greelish stated revenues from the metal pile shall <br /> be credited against the .account. <br /> Mr. Costa stated M . Schutz shall provide this Board <br /> with information as to the market prance received and amount <br /> of tonnage removed. <br /> M . Monaghan requested the Boards permission to wore <br /> with Mr. Schutz in initiating educational programs and to <br /> publicize the recycling program. <br />
