i MINUTES May 30, 1991 4 BOARD OF HEAL'T'H Mr. Mowbray stated once the refuse is in his trucks it is his refuse. Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Mowbray each torn 's respon- sible for its trash. "The transfer station cannot handle all this towns trash, it requires that we have active and healthy haulers. " Mr. Costa informed Mr. Mowbray the town voted at .its Annual Town Meeting, how to dispose of its trash. Mr. Mowbray stated, trade is being restricted because I buy trash as+ a commodity. Mr. Doherty reiterated his earlier comments stating regulations were adopted which permit only one way in which to dispose of refuse. "If Waste Disposal cannot comply with the regulations then this Board cannot license your company to operate within this town. Mr. Mowbray forwarded the $500,00 annual fee and $1000,00bond -requirement to the Board, Mr. Evans informed Mr, Mowbray any vehicle disposing o trash within this town will require an inspection. Upon motion duly made by fir. Costa and seconded by Mr. Gree1ish voted unan-imously to grant a 1991 hau1er's license to the company known as "Waste Disposal, Inc, " subject t compliance with the following conditions: 11 All trucks operating within the town of M shpee shall b inspected by a Health Agent. 2. The applicant shall submit a $500.00 annual license fee.
