MINUTES May 3o, 1991 3 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr. Doherty informed Mr�. Mowbray all Mashpee refuse must e disposed of at the OtisTransfer Station. Mr, Mowbray stated, he is unsure, Mr, costa stated he never recalls this Board. ever li- censing the company. Mr. Mowbray stated business operations in this town were initiated four months ago. Mr, Greelish informed Mr. .Mowbray the towns of Falmouth and Sandwich are under the same contractual obligations a Mashpee. 11SEMAS cannot not accept refuse from the three downs directly. Mr. Mowbray stated he does not pay., the town disposal, for that. " Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. Mowbray as to why he has not pained a license in this town if he has been operating in it for a few months.
