' ..gjec. re: D, Sullivan - Mr. McQuaid stated the Executive Secretary is of the opinion it is Ms. Sullivan's prerogative as to whether vacation time ac- crued is taken prior to the end of this fiscal year or is re- imbursed through fiscal. year 1992 allocations. Mr. Bor8elli informed Board members the two existing cesspools are in failure. "In order to upgrade the system State and local variances are required. " Mr. McQuaid rel aged abutters were notified of the i n i- tial hearing however, ho comments were received. Mr. McQuaid commented his strongest concern is the separation from the bottom of the leaching facility to groundwater. Mr, Borselli explained proposed separations are greater than what currently exists. Mr. Greelish stated plans as submitted are a condemna- tion of the property.
