' ..gjec. re: D, Sullivan - Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated the Executive Secretary is of the opinion it <br /> is Ms. Sullivan's prerogative as to whether vacation time ac- <br /> crued is taken prior to the end of this fiscal year or is re- <br /> imbursed through fiscal. year 1992 allocations. "As funds al- <br /> located for fiscal. year 1992 do not include this <br /> reimbursement an article for the October Special Meeting will <br /> e required, " 'BMs. Sullivan has indicated she would like to <br /> e reimbursed for vacation time accrued." <br /> Acl owl-edged. <br /> APPoI ME T: Holmes & McGrath - 9 Seconsett Pt, Rd, <br /> Mr. Michael Borsel l i representing the engineering firm <br /> of Holmes & McGrath and Ms. Joanne Guest representing the ap- <br /> plicants were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Bor8elli informed Board members the two existing <br /> cesspools are in failure. "In order to upgrade the system <br /> State and local variances are required. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid rel aged abutters were notified of the i n i- <br /> tial hearing however, ho comments were received. Mr. McQuaid <br /> commented his strongest concern is the separation from the <br /> bottom of the leaching facility to groundwater. <br /> Mr, Borselli explained proposed separations are greater <br /> than what currently exists. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated plans as submitted are a condemna- <br /> tion of the property. <br />
