Mr. Costa questioned Mr. McQuaid as to whether a reloca- tion of the well would provide a greater distance from the proposed leaching facility and abutting septics. Mr. McQuaid responded. plans submitted represent the most feasible locations. "A well water completion log and water sample should be submitted.
