"A well water completion log and water <br /> sample should be submitted. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variances as re- <br /> quested with the stipulation a well ..permit is ,issued for the - <br /> existing well, a satisfactory. water sample is received and* <br /> the well driller submit -a well k. water completion log. 't � <br /> Mr, Costa motioned to grant the above stated variances <br /> with the stipulation the owner signs an affidavit, which is <br /> to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds, agreeing to hoof <br /> into public water once available. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands - 34 Great River Road <br /> Mr. John slaviny, representing the engineering firm o <br /> Cape & Islands, and Mrs. Jones, (abutter lot A , were in <br /> attendance for this scheduled appointment, <br /> Mr. Slavins y presented certified mail receipts to the <br /> Board and explained the existing cesspool is located 81 from <br /> the wetlands on the adjacent property. "Surrounding 'lots are <br /> vacant with one exception, abutting lot owned by viola Baker <br /> which maintains 711 from proposed septic- " Mr. sla inskyex- <br /> plained to the Board proposed plans represent the mostea- <br /> si le location for the leaching facility. "Several local and <br /> state variances are required. " The owner is an <br /> environmentalist and does not plan to construct any adds-- <br /> tions. 11 Mr. slavinsy commented the Mater District is pro- <br /> posing to install water mains to the island within the next <br /> two years. <br /> { <br /> Mr. McQuaid queried whether the proper waivers, filed <br /> with the Registry of Deeds would he transferable as the owner <br /> may wish to sell the property. <br />
