Costa and <br /> Stephen J, Greelish <br /> THE TAPE 1S NOT PART- OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIPTION O LY& <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1 . Warrants signed <br /> . Mr. Costa motioned to accept the minutes of June 27, <br /> 1991, Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed, <br /> 3 , ) A,N,G, Dews Releases - Acknowledged <br /> Discussion -^Jerry Monaghan <br /> Mr. Monaghan was in attendance to discuss RecyclingCom- <br /> mittee recommendations. <br /> Mr. Monaghan stated the Committee is requesting the re- <br /> cycling area remain open during all. Landfill/Transfer Station <br /> j hours of operation as three days per week would deter <br /> residents from recycling. The Committee also recommends mov- <br /> ing tables away+ from the containers 51 or 61 . "I , a rope <br /> were placed behind the containers it would act as a barrier. " <br /> Mr. Costa explained, the area must be consistently <br /> monitored to ensure the correct items are placed in the bins. <br /> "The previous method did not work. " <br /> Mr. Monaghan commented, with these recommendations in <br /> place constant monitoring would not bo necessary.. <br /> Mr. Greelish explained, that method has been un access-- <br /> u l. <br /> Board members agreed to Recycling Committee recommenda- <br /> tions on a three week trial basis. <br /> COMMERCIAL STICKER REQUEST - William Morcott <br /> Mr* Morcott was in attendance to request a commercial <br /> permit to dispose of landscaping debris, <br /> ■ <br /> + 4 r r ft <br /> r <br /> 100 4W NP <br /> r <br /> k <br /> i 4 <br />
