I or•cott responded, he would life to dispose of ap- <br /> proximately <br /> p- <br /> proxirately 100 papers per week. <br /> Mr, Costa stated he would not be opposed to disposal o <br /> the newspapers however, would like the publishing company to <br /> reimburse the town. <br /> Mr. Norcott stated he would speak to the distributor. <br /> Mr. Doherty explained to Mr. Noroott the current <br /> composting program. <br /> Costa stated he would prefer the publishing c6mpany <br /> collect the newspapers. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant a commercial permit to <br /> illiam 'Noroott, the permit is restricted to the disposal o <br /> grass clippings, leaves and brush, Mr, Greelish seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> APPOINT ENT - Liberty Tree Landscape <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board a representative chid con <br /> tact him to request the matter be postponed until the July <br /> 18, 1991 meeting. <br /> Board members agreed to reschedule the appointment, <br /> APPOINTMENJ W, Burtis & G, Baker <br /> { mr, William Burtis, Mr, Jonathan Burns and Mr. Mark <br /> Burns were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Burns presented a written response to Board o <br /> Health comments stated i the letter o June 2 , d- <br /> dressed to Attorney John Connolly. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Mr. Burns the Board of Health is <br /> in no way trying to impede the oo r�tru tion or plans for <br /> Little' River Bo atya d.
