M Y <br /> MINUTES July 11, 1991 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid addressed the requirement for portable toi- <br /> lets in relation to the number of parking spaces. Mr. <br /> McQuaid recommended one additional portable toilet outside. <br /> "If you were to comply with plumbing codes, based on 110 <br /> parking spaces, five portable toilets would be required." <br /> Mr, Mark Burtis stated, parking spaces were based on the <br /> number of boats that could be housed at the facility. <br /> Mr. Costa stated each sex should be designated on the <br /> portable sanitary units. <br /> Mr. William Burtis agreed to place an additional por- <br /> table sanitary unit on the premises for the months of July <br /> and August and will be designated male and female. <br /> Mr. McQuaid addressed the concern of refilling marine <br /> water tanks. "The response received states they do not re- <br /> fill water tanks. " <br /> 1 <br /> APPOINTMEET - A. Janedy - 156 Captains Row <br /> Mr, Janedy was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated in February of 1990 revised plans <br /> were submitted for an upgrade of the septic system, ' Local <br /> variances were granted pending the relocation of the existing <br /> well 1021 from the proposed location of the upgrade, " "When <br /> the. applicant filed for a building permit i-t was learned we <br /> i had not received verification that the well had been relo- <br /> cated- " <br /> Mr, Greelish informed Mr, Ja edy the existing well loca- <br /> tion has far more potential for contamination than the pro- <br /> posed <br /> r -posed new location. <br /> F Mr. Costa explained to Mr* Janedy that he must obtain <br /> State approval for the existing well. <br /> Mr. Janedy agreed to relocate the well as proposed on <br /> revised plans, <br /> 4 , ) Cggy of memo to D.E.P. # . . re: Town Hall well - Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated he spoke with Lee Tripp at the Division of i - <br /> ter Supply and suggested two possibilities, "one is to <br /> grandfather the existing well, the.'oth r is to supply bottled <br /> water.
