Mr. Greelish commented that the unit mentioned in this letter was not referenced in the report. APPOINTMENT: Jack Landers-Cauley - Lot 1, Hamblin Road Mr. Cauley was in attendance for this scheduledappoint- ment.. Mr. Cauley presented plans to the Board and explained the Spohr's own three parcels of land. "Placement of a leaching facility on Lot 1 is not possible as the required distances cannot be maintained from well to septic and the wetlands area," "The owner is requesting to install the leaching facility on lot Io and relocate the abutting prop- erty owners well to lot 93 thereby meeting state and local requirements.' Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Cauley local regulations do not permit' a septic system to be placed on an abutting piece of property with or without an easement, Mr. Cawley stated, in his opinion, the spohr's would be amicable to conveying a parcel of land to the abutting prop- erty owners for relocation of their well . Mr. Costa commented, the lot is very marginal even with the granting n easement for the well. Mr, Cauley stated ialT*owners abutting Hamblin lin Road own - s to the center of the road'.
