'estate <br /> emits have not been issued and applications have r � 'been ` <br /> Wk <br /> submitted for local permits. <br /> Discussion took place regarding possible solutions to <br /> sewering the Islands. � � � i' 3 <br /> Mr, Greelish explained, in order to determine the most <br /> viable remedy for sewering the islands, every lot must be re- <br /> searched to determine the number o 'Title v systems.currently� .., <br /> in the ground. <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated he will attempt to locate those homes <br /> that have installedTitle- v systems on both Islands. <br /> Board members agreed to continue this discussion once <br /> the Health Agents have completed researching lots on bath Is- <br /> lands that have .installed Title v systems. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Al olsi - Finance Committee Liaison <br /> Mr. Polsi was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> vent. <br /> Mr, Polsi informed the Board he is co pi 1 ing an inven- <br /> tory of all town owned property and would like to consult <br /> with the Health Agent and Principal Clerk on a regular basis. <br /> Mr# Greelish requested Mr. Palsi become familiar with <br /> Board of Health operations. <br /> Mr , Polsi informed the Board the Finance Committee is <br /> considering the submittal of quarterly reports from each de <br /> partment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Mr, Polsi he can provide him with <br /> expenses and revenues received compared to what was projected <br /> however, requested advance notice for this information. <br /> Mr. Pols.i was agreeable to the request. <br /> Mr. Costa stated any information thO Health Agent is <br /> hesitant on forwarding will be reviewed by the Board prior t <br /> its submittal. <br /> R <br />
