"In terms of discussing information and having the <br /> D*E.P. , E#P.A, and the Guard Bureau representatives at the <br /> meeting, it would be very useful to all of us. " <br /> Mr, costa questioned how Falmouth responds to the croups <br /> concerns. <br /> Nle, valeila stated, is usually clave individually. <br /> "It would be much better if the town officials took the lead <br /> in providing the forum and in moderating the meeting so that <br /> it did not het out of order. " <br /> Pyr. McQuaid questioned whether it would be wise for the <br /> town of Mashpee officials to have a response to the concerns <br /> of individual groups and questioned whether it is wise that <br /> the town forward, their response to individual remedial action <br /> as we do not have the expertise to study the engineering be- <br /> hind the legal activities. <br /> Ms, valeila stated, the response should be provided by <br /> individuals at the meeting, D.E.P. , E.P.A. or the Guard Bu- <br /> reau, who are knowledgeable, "People are not aware that the <br /> super fund process and the public commentary is specifically <br /> for people to write down their questions." Nonce those ques- <br /> tions have been received they must be answered and subse- <br /> quently become a part of the "Record o Deci ion" . " e are <br /> not permitted to move ahead until. those questions have been <br /> answered.
