Mr. McQuaid noted that he has no problem with thr, plan as proposed. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the installation of the tight tank as designed <br /> with the stipulation that the Board of Health receives a copy of the contract <br /> with the hazardous waste hauler who will inspect the system every three <br /> months and certification from a licensed hazardous waste pumper who v iU � <br /> maintain the system. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> . 2001 BOH & Solid waste Budgets <br /> Ir. Doherty motioned to accept the Board of Health budget, the Solid waste <br /> budget and the professional and Technical account budget with a reduction of <br /> $1600 for Legal Services of Cape Loci. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> 8. variance Requests: x <br /> 89 Meadowbrook Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 8' from the proposed well to the proposed <br /> soil absorption system. Board members discussed the plan and noted that the <br /> proposed well has been moved at the request of the Conservation Commission <br /> due to the proms ity to wetlands. Board members noted that they want further <br /> information atio abort the effect of the well on the wetlands. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to continue this variance request until further <br /> information is supplied to the Board. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> 1 waterline Drive North <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 8'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the front property lime and a variance of' . Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 11 Wood Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 9' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the lot lime. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance as requested in a cover letter from The <br /> Phoenix Group slated ,January 18, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 22 UncleEdward's Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 2 ' from the primary leaching facility to <br /> the property lure of Lot 8 Uncle Edward's Road. The engineer noted that the <br /> well location is unknown on Loot 3 and attempts to locate the owner have been <br /> unsuccessful. <br />
