Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> . Commercial Septic plans - 375 Route 151 <br /> IIIb. McQuaid noted that the applicant has met all of the Board ofHealth's <br /> requirements. The plans have leen revised a number of times at the request of <br /> the Design Review Committee and is before the Board for final approval. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the commercial septic plan for 375 Route 15 1. <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Letter~ to ,Jade restaurant re: water claw e <br /> Christine Tam, 'Torn Tam and attorney Steven Brooks representing the Jade <br /> Restaurant were in attendance for this agenda item- Melinda Gallant and John <br /> Rent of Mashpee Commons were also in attendance. <br /> MIs. warden stated that she was contacted by the Mashpee Fire Department on <br /> January 16, 20 00 regarding burst pipes and resulting damage at the Jade <br /> Restaurant. when she arrived at Jade, the dining room and kitchen had 2" o <br /> water throughout from the burst pipes. Ms. warden inspected the kitchen and <br /> found numerous violations including rice sitting overnight uncovered, meat <br /> sitting in a pan uncovered overnight, seafood arra pork thawing in warm water <br /> overnight, approximately 50 pounds of beef uncovered and unrefrigerated <br /> overnight, a pan of sauce left out overnight ready to be re--heated, uncovered <br /> containers of food stacked on top o each other, food on the floor f`the freezer, <br /> e <br /> etc. <br /> MIs. warden further noted that these are repeat violations and that she is very <br /> concerned about the health and safety of the town residents. 'There were n <br /> employees in the restaurant when she arrived and the foods had been left out <br /> overnight and uncovered. <br />
