Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the variances requested in a cover letter from Cape & Islands Engineering dated January 20, 2000. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. 13 Cutlass Dane Applicant is requesting a variance of 2'from the proposed leaching area to the existing well of Lot 110. Mr. Doherty motioned to continue variances requested in a cover letter from Ferreira Associates dated January 20, 2000 pending revised plans showing an are of 150'. Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion to continue passed. 3 Tide Run Applicant is requesting a variance of 10'from the property lire to the proposed reserve area. Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance as requested in a cover letter from Weller & Associates dated January 24, 2000. Mr. Doherty seconded the • motion. Motion passed.
