Mr. Ball seconded the motion. M tion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Ed Pesce re: 156 Wading-Place Road <br /> Mr. Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. + <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of1. ' f the separation distance from the adjusted <br /> high groundwater elevation and a variance of 19'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> rption <br /> system to the edge of wetlands. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the possibility.oflocating the system in an alternative <br /> location on the lot to rmwdmi a the groundwater separation distance. Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated that the Board has never granted this variance in the past and it would set <br /> precedent. <br /> Mr. Gramm motioned to continue this item pending revised plans showing at least a ' <br /> separation distance to groundwater. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Mr. <br /> McQuaid noted that the property is located in a Zone II area and r uld not be <br /> allowed any further bedrooms.
