His intention is to work with Jade and the Board to bring the <br /> restaurant into full compliance. <br /> Ir. Ball stated that the restaurant is still on probation since their last <br /> appearance before the Board of Health. At that last hearing the Board decided <br /> to impose fees for each critical and non-critical violation discovered at <br /> subsequent inspections. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to fine the Jade Restaurant $250 for 2 critical and one non- <br /> critical violations and continue with the probationary period until further notice <br /> with a possible suspension of license should there continue to be violations in <br /> the future with payment being due 10 days from the date of this hearing. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Lotion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Tim CgLMM re: Farm Stand <br /> Mr. Tire Ca fyn and Mr. Mark Lambert were in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Cram stated that he would abstain from this discussion and decision, as Mr. <br /> Lambert and his family r hav been close friends for many.years. <br /> Mr. Caffyn stated that Mr. Lambert wants to try to open up a farm stand on Route 2 <br /> across from 1 l shpee Commons. He has 30 years experience in the produce business. <br /> He's interested in running this operation for the next two to three years until he can <br /> buy a permanent location for this business. <br /> Mr. Lambert stated that he has small, refrigerated units in a steel frame with an <br /> awning on top of the tar space. There will.be a small greenhouse for plants there a <br /> Drell. They would be selling seasonal vegetables that would be locally (Massachusetts) <br /> grown.
