Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Edwin Monteiro re: 42 Driftwood circle ool variance <br /> Mr. Edwin Monteiro was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Applicant is requesting Board of Health approval to install an in--ground swimming <br /> pool in the location of the proposed reserve. Also being requested is a variance of the <br /> setback distance from the s i.rx mm* g Pool to the foundation. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance of relocating the reserve area and a distance <br /> variance from the swimming pool to the foundation pending receipt of fully revised <br /> plans.
