TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> February 3, 2000 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, Robert F. Cram, Sr., Elias A. McQuaid and Veronica <br /> A. Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Edwin Monteiro re: 42 Driftwood circle ool variance <br /> Mr. Edwin Monteiro was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Applicant is requesting Board of Health approval to install an in--ground swimming <br /> pool in the location of the proposed reserve. Also being requested is a variance of the <br /> setback distance from the s i.rx mm* g Pool to the foundation. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance of relocating the reserve area and a distance <br /> variance from the swimming pool to the foundation pending receipt of fully revised <br /> plans. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of Januga-27, 2000 meed <br /> • <br /> Minutes were not approved clue to Mr. ohert is absence at the meeting. <br /> 3. Variance request; <br /> 1.3 Seneca Avenue <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 9' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the property fine, a variance of 8'from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the property lire and a variance of 3'from. the proposed soil <br /> absorption system to the foundation. lime, <br /> Mr. Cram moti ned to grant the variances as requested in a coven letter from <br /> Carmen E. Shag dated December 22, 1999. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 4 - <br /> 16 Forest Drive <br /> Applicant is requesting 18 variances as outlined in a cover letter (attached) from <br /> the BSC Group elated January 26, 2000 (cover letter states 23, however <br /> require no variance ; #8 #14 #15,-#1 , #23). <br /> i <br />
