He stated <br /> that since the plans are so extensive and the property is right on the river, he is <br /> looking to the Board for approval. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the plans as submitted with the stipulations <br /> that revised plans are submitted clearly indicating that it is a tiro-page <br /> document.
