Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> 129 Paddock Circle <br /> No variance is being requested. Board acknowledged. <br /> 54 Running Iii ht Way <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of1 I' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the Conservation Commission wetland line. <br /> Mr. Cram rationed to deny the variance request due to the lack of a <br /> denitrification system. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 1 Keelan �a <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 5' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the street property line, a variance of1 x 2'from the reserve soil <br /> absorption system tthe xiatinfull basement and a variance5'from the <br /> proposed reserve soil absorption system to the street and side property line. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Cape and Islands Engineering dated January 31, 2000. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 407 ll onomosco Road no vanance <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that this was a 3-roomy cottage that is being converted to a <br /> -bedroom douse with a denitrification system and pump chamber. He stated <br /> that since the plans are so extensive and the property is right on the river, he is <br /> looking to the Board for approval. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the plans as submitted with the stipulations <br /> that revised plans are submitted clearly indicating that it is a tiro-page <br /> document. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Emergengy FailureCertification <br /> Ship's Rudder <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that the liquid level in the tank was above the outlet. <br /> -new distribution box arrd two 500-gallon dryrells are to be instated. <br /> Board members for-warded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification. <br /> S <br /> 1.31 Timberlane Drive <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that the liquid in the tank was above the outlet.
