MINUTES February 10, 2000 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> { <br /> APPOINTMENT: Edgard Pesce re: 266 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Pesce noted that the leaching area wasn't moved and the foundation setback did <br /> not move and that the footprint was changed slightly <br /> t <br /> Mr. Pesce presented re-designed plans for the proposed residence at 266 Mon mosco <br /> Road. This project involves the construction of ars innovative alternative septic <br /> system (Clivus l lultrum system). In order for this project to proceed, the applicant is <br /> requesting the following variances: a variance to install a Clivus l lultrum system; a <br /> variance of V from the lot line to the leaching; a, 'variance from the sideline to <br /> leaching; a 5'variance from the foundation to the septic tank; a 6'variance from the <br /> sideline to the septic tank; a variance of 2.6' separation from high groundwater <br /> adjustment; and a 24,9'variance from the leaching to the edge of the salt marsh. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that he would like to have a copy of the maintenance contract <br /> with Clivus Multrum. He would also life to see waterproofing on the foundation and <br /> n the retaining galls and cement floor in the crawl space. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined above with a copy of the <br /> maintenance contract and revised plans shoring the waterproofing on the foundation, <br /> retaining walls and cement floor in the crawl space. Mr. lull seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: A 56 Wading Place Road <br /> Mr. Edward Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Pesce submitted revised plans shoving that the leaching area has been relocated <br /> and is entirely in the paved area where a 4' separation to groundwater is possible. He <br /> stated that the applicant is now requesting a variance of 5' from the soil absorption <br /> system to the property line and a . 'variance for the groundwater separation. These <br /> revised plans provide for an increased distance to the wetlands. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as requested in a cover letter from Pesce <br /> Engineering dated January 12, 2000 pending receipt of a neva cover letter. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Mr. Mrs. Reinhard Sidon re: 1.29 The Paddock Circle <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Sidor-were in attendance for this scheduled app intment. <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Sidor aro requesting the inclusion of square footage from thein lot lime to <br /> the center of the road in calculating lot area. <br /> Mr. s Mrs. Sidor gave background on their request and their circumstances. <br />
