MINUTES February 10, 2000 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram stated that the Board's policy is to only use the square footage stated on the <br /> deed and the amount of area being paid taxes on. <br /> Mr. Bal noted that the addition of a denitrification unit would allover the fourth <br /> bedroom. <br /> Ir. Cram motioned to deny the request. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion to <br /> deny passed. <br /> . Massage'Therapist License Application; Elvera Everett <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the applicant is a massage therapist with credentials <br /> from the Polarity realization Institute, Inc. She is seeking a 1Vlashpee Massage <br /> Therapist license in order to practice at theWoman's Workout Company, a <br /> licensed massage facility. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the license pending IVIS. garden's contact with the <br /> school to determine if they are a legitimate massage therapy institution. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Locus Polio <br /> Mr-. Cram motioned to accept the proposed loons policy. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> Triad <br /> The 1Vlashpee Triad Group is requesting permission to hand out flyers about <br /> their organization at the Transfer Station. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant permission to the Triad Group to hand out flyers at <br /> the transfer station pending notification of the operator of the 'Transfer Station. <br /> Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> CRT's <br /> Ms. Warden stated that there will be a ban on cathode ray tubes at the transfer <br /> station effective April I st. She has contracted with a company by the name o <br /> CRT, Inc. who will take the CRT's for $.15/lb. and provide the Town with a free <br /> roll-off`and free hauling. The toll-off will arrive on Monday, February ary 1 , 2000. <br /> The transfer station operator will be requesting additional, compensation for <br /> monitoring this additional recycling area. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> Transfer Station complaint <br /> Ms. Stephanie Jones of M sh ee stated that she has some concex- s about the <br /> staffing of the recycling area at the Transfer Station. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br />
