Cram, Sr., Elias A. ' <br /> McQuaid and Veronica A._ Warder <br /> THE 'TAPE IS NOT PANT of THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> Mr. Ball opened the meeting and explained to the Public meeting attendants, "In <br /> executive session, we were deadlocked. So, because vire do have a fear more•issues, <br /> that we have to resolve, we continued it until next Thursday and that'II be our final <br /> decision." <br /> 1. SiM warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. AD-prove Minutes of February ru 10, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept the mutes from the February 10, 2000 meeting. <br /> Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion Passed. <br /> Mr. Chu 1de Green of the Conservation Commisslon asked to be heard at this time <br /> regarding the Transfer Station. Mr. Green expressed his concern regarding the <br /> rumored possible closing of the transfer station on Sundays. The Conservation <br /> Commission is concerned about additional illegal dumping as a result of being closed <br /> i at the transfer station more frequently. <br /> i <br /> 3.. Notice from. Leisure Services re: Daffodil Iia s - Alla 2000 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> . Letter from Laidlaw re: School Bus Parking Lot <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jack Landers-Caule re: 145 Popvonesset Island Road <br /> Mr. Landers-cauley was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 251 from the leaching field to the wetland, <br /> variance of .
