Board members decided to cancel their regul rl r scheduled meeting for February 22, 2001 so that Board Members and Ms. 'warden can attend the Hearing between Neter seabur r and the cape cod Commission. 7. Reguest from MMR Joint Program Office to attend meeting re: Public Health _ issues at Su erfund site Board acknowledged. APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands Engineering re: 5 Arles Dane Mr. John Slavinsk r was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. sl vinsky stated that a septic permit vas previously issued for a 4-bedroom home at 5 Arles Lane and it has since expired. The lot is in an open space, clustered subdivision which is also in the Zone II recharge area. The pere test was performed in 1997 and the Permit was issued in June of 1997. Tiee�ermit expired in June of 2000. p p He is requesting an extension of the permit with a new perc test to allow for a 3-- bedroom home. He further stated that since the lot is in a clustered subdivision, tier is ample open space to use in the flog calculations for the subdivision.
