N MINUTES February 15, 2001 2 BOARD HEALTH Board members indicated that they didn't grant to include open space in the calculation as this could potentially open them up to more and more requests. Board members further indicated that they would prefer to have the reduction to a 3- bedroom home since the property is in a Zone II area. Discussion took place regarding the hardship being presented to the Board, and the possibility of requiring denitrification unit for the system. Board members continued this item until a full Board is present to make a final decision. APPOINTMENT: Bob Per re: 7 15 Aunt ,banes,Road Mr. Perry was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. ferry indicated that he is looping for an extension of the septic permits for 7 and 15 Aunt Jane's Road untilJune 28,2001. A pert test extension was previously granted for 30 days. Mr. Perry stated that the extension is necessary due to the delays in approval for the lots from the Conservation Commission. Mr. Ball stated that if they agreed to the extension that-rt would be the last extension ` granted for these properties. There is not an updated plan on file for these lots and a new plan is needed. Mr. Ferry indicated that the septic is in the same location as.the original plan and that no variances would be necessary. Mr. Santos motioned to grant an extension of the septic permits for 7 and 15 Aunt Jane's Road until June 28, 2001 with the stipulation that this is the last extension and that a revised plan is received. Mr. Mall seconded the motion. Motion passed. . Weston Sampson Bi-Monthly Ins ections November 2000 and JanuaLy 2001 Mr. Ball requested that copies of the bi-monthly inspections are forwarded to the Board of Selectmen for their review. . Request for Massage Thera ist'License - Patricia Simmons Ms. Simmons submitted an application for a massage therapist license along with-her diploma from the University of the State of Neter York Division of Professional Licensing Services, her license from't ie Torn of Falmouth for massage therapy and her transcripts from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Mr. Santos motioned to approve Patricia Simmons' license application for a massage therapist license. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. 10. Ms. Warden also indicated that she would request a reduction to the monitoring requirements from DEP from quarterly to semi- annually.
