N <br /> MINUTES February 15, 2001 2 BOARD HEALTH <br /> Board members indicated that they didn't grant to include open space in the <br /> calculation as this could potentially open them up to more and more requests. <br /> Board members further indicated that they would prefer to have the reduction to a 3- <br /> bedroom home since the property is in a Zone II area. Discussion took place regarding <br /> the hardship being presented to the Board, and the possibility of requiring <br /> denitrification unit for the system. <br /> Board members continued this item until a full Board is present to make a final <br /> decision. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Bob Per re: 7 15 Aunt ,banes,Road <br /> Mr. Perry was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. ferry indicated that he is looping for an extension of the septic permits for 7 and <br /> 15 Aunt Jane's Road untilJune 28,2001. A pert test extension was previously <br /> granted for 30 days. Mr. Perry stated that the extension is necessary due to the delays <br /> in approval for the lots from the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that if they agreed to the extension that-rt would be the last extension ` <br /> granted for these properties. <br /> There is not an updated plan on file for these lots and a new plan is needed. Mr. Ferry <br /> indicated that the septic is in the same location as.the original plan and that no <br /> variances would be necessary. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to grant an extension of the septic permits for 7 and 15 Aunt <br /> Jane's Road until June 28, 2001 with the stipulation that this is the last extension <br /> and that a revised plan is received. Mr. Mall seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> . Weston Sampson Bi-Monthly Ins ections November 2000 and JanuaLy 2001 <br /> Mr. Ball requested that copies of the bi-monthly inspections are forwarded to <br /> the Board of Selectmen for their review. <br /> . Request for Massage Thera ist'License - Patricia Simmons <br /> Ms. Simmons submitted an application for a massage therapist license along <br /> with-her diploma from the University of the State of Neter York Division of <br /> Professional Licensing Services, her license from't ie Torn of Falmouth for <br /> massage therapy and her transcripts from Onondaga School of Therapeutic <br /> Massage. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve Patricia Simmons' license application for a <br /> massage therapist license. Ms. Warden also indicated that she would request a <br /> reduction to the monitoring requirements from DEP from quarterly to semi- <br /> annually. <br />
