Cop <br /> of letter from D.E.P. to Dave Rich re: Floor drain re ltion - 1r. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "In the development of new public water supply wells the D.E.P. is <br /> telling Dave Rich to make.an effort to have the town adopt a floor drain regulation." "I <br /> am waiting for Dave Rich to approach the Board of Health to consider adopting a floor <br /> drain regulation." <br /> Board members will review the State regulations for discussion at an upcoming <br /> meeting. <br /> . Memo_from Town Clerk re: Meeting room - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The <br /> Executive Secretary does not want any departments holding their public meetings in their <br /> respective offices." <br /> Mr. Ball directed the agent to prepare a memo.to the town clerk 'informing her on <br /> the weeks that the Conservation Commission meets we will hold our meetings in the <br /> Board ofHealth office, <br /> Mr. Doherty volunteered to prepare the memo. <br /> 9. Invoice from Topcoat- Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner returned to the transfer <br /> station and repainted the chute.' "It looks very good." "He intends to return to paint the <br /> posts.' "I would recommend we pay % of the quote at this time and hold final <br /> payment ent for 90 days to ensure work has been properly done." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 10.) Proposal from Eagle Fence - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I reported to you at the last <br /> meeting that someone damaged the perimeter fence around the landfill on A.sher's Path." <br /> "Ir. Costa recommended Eagle Fence perform the repair." "We requested an estimate <br /> which was $380.00.' "Mr. Costa also recommended they submit a proposal to install <br /> fencing around the Quonset Hut as opposed to painting it." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I disagree with that, I would prefer having it striped down <br /> and painted." "Let's go ahead and repair the perimeter f ncing." <br /> Mr. Ball agreed with N r. Doherty. <br /> 1 l. Copy.of`Annul Relport- Acknowledged. <br /> r <br />
