D.E.P. <br /> complaint) <br /> 1 11r. Scipione responded, "That is an enforcement issue." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "This is something that was brought to my attention." "It is my <br /> understanding that iii the current contract there are no provisions to provide compensation <br /> to Mr. DiMaggio for the cover material." <br /> NIr. DiMaggio stated, "We had to move 3,000 to 4,000 yards of chips." "The <br /> chips were put there by a contractor many years ago. ' `That was not in the contract." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "This is all over and above what you're supposed to be doing." <br /> "Hr are you getting paid for this." <br /> Mr. DiMaggio responded, "We haven't been." "I didn't mind a little bit here and <br /> there but novo it's adding up." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "We don't expect to receive the landfill capping money for six <br /> months and even then it will only be 1/3." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Mr. I iMaggio, "Are you beeping a record ofall this?" <br /> Mr. DiMaggio responded, "leo, I haven't." "If you ask nae right now what would <br /> be fair I would say right now about $3,000.00 or$4,000.00." <br /> Mr. Scipione relayed, "The best way to do this is to say it is not part ofour <br /> contract for the following reasons and in order to shape the site up to achieve the final <br /> closure plans it will cost a certain amount of money, then the Board can execute a change <br /> order." <br />
