"l don't understand why <br /> this is a problem." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "If we declare the house inhabitable,le, then we will have to find a <br /> place for the tenants to stay." <br /> Mr. Cram commented, "We did present to Ms. Doris that if there 'is a hardship to <br /> come Before the Board at the next meeting." <br /> I Ir. Ball comm nted, "She could have done that but she didn't." "I recommend <br /> we continue with the fine and meet with Ms. Davis the 22nd." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Has there been any communication from the tenants living at <br /> this property?" "At this point the Board is deadlocked,on the matter." "The fines will <br /> still continue until we meet next eel " <br /> Mr. Ball agreed. <br /> fir. Cram directed the agent to forward a later to Ms. Davis informing her fines <br /> still continue, the Board will address this matter at their next regularly scheduled meeting <br /> date and strongly recommend her attendance. <br /> 4.) Fetter from R. Corbett re: Recycling staff'- Mr. Cram relayed, "N[r. McQuaid did <br /> spear with Mr. DiMaggio in regards to this letter and has requested a reply in writing." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> . Defter from A. Wolk re: e Disease - Mr. Cram questioned Mr. Evans, "Has <br /> there been an evaluation of the tick problem in the vicinity of Ms. Wolk's property?" <br /> Mr. Evans responded, "We have not had problems with Lyme Disease." `The <br /> Health professional's do notify us." <br /> Mr. Ball conunented, "Mice are in the tall grass and they do cam the deer ticks." <br /> "I would lire to get the child's name, doctor's report and whether the child contracted the <br /> disease on the Cape." "In order for us to move on this we need more information." <br />
