Cram, Sr. <br /> TBE TAPE IS NOT PART OF TIHE MMETING IT IS FOR TflE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. 'warrants signed. <br /> 2. Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes onlay 1 , 1997, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jim Haidas - Cooke's Restaurant <br /> Nor. Haidas was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Haidas is present this evening to request a food <br /> establishment permit for 1997." "He meets all food establishment requirements." "I <br /> would recommend Mr. Haidas be approved for Permit subject to the final inspection." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Z recently spoke with one ofthe Health Agent's in Barnstable." <br /> "He commended the owner ith meeting all food establishments regwr ments." <br /> 1r. Doherty motioned to grant a 1997 Food Establishment Permit to Mr. Jim <br /> Haidas d/b/a ` Cooke's Restaurant",lr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Correspondence r6: Barnstable County Government - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "There was a meeting in Boston at Governor's Weld's office yesterday." "It was <br /> Governor Weld's recommendation that County government be kept in place in <br /> Barnstable, Duke's and Nantucket." <br /> Acknowledged. <br />
