Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR TIE PURPOSE F <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Stever]R. Ball, Chairman <br /> I � <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of November 20, 1997, -Mr. Ball <br /> seconded. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of December 4, 1997, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded. <br /> 3. Review of fee schedule - 1&. McQuaid stated, "My position is that I am satisfied <br /> with the fees currently in place except we should consider raising the price of dump <br /> stickers." "It is a contention that we have to face with the Finance Committee every <br /> year." "My personal opinion is that going from $35.00 to $50.00 is not unreasonable." <br /> Discussion took place regarding the fee for landfill transfer station stickers. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to increase the landfill transfer station sticker fee to $50.00, <br /> no second was motioned. Motion failed. <br /> No change will be made to the transfer station/landfill sticker fee. <br /> Mr. Cram relayed, "Tho agents are having a problem where they are waiting long <br /> periods oftime for the excavator to show up for perc tests." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "If the excavator doesn't shover up I recommend vire bill <br /> them for it anyway." <br />
