S February 8, 1996 5 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request for reconsideration of the Board's vote <br /> of January 25, 1996 which denied Laidlaw t'ransit's request to fuel buses at the property <br /> known as 90/100 Echo Road, lair. Cram seconded. Mr. Ball opposed. <br /> 1r. Doherty directed the health went to forward a memo to the Board ofAppeals <br /> informing then of this Board's decision. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Attorney Douglas Murphy - Mobil Station Car wash <br /> Attorney Murphy and Mr. Al Trakemus, Design Engineer, were in attendance for <br /> this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I spoke with Attorney Murphy and reviewed State and <br /> local requirements with him." "I indicated to we would totally support a total <br /> reclamation car wash system.'' "'There is no actual discharge to the groundwater." "I did <br /> inform Attorney Murphy of the previous history with the Gas Station," " s of this date <br /> this property has a clean bill of health as far as groundwater contamination-," 1 indicated <br /> to Attorney Murphy any type of car wash would require D.E.P. approval because it is <br /> considered industrial waste.''
