Doherty stated, "I have prepared a letter for the Board to review." <br /> Board members agreed to forward the letter to Mr. Michael mor and to copy <br /> Governor Weld, I .B.P., B.P.A., Secretary of Env. Affairs, Senator Kennedy, Senator <br /> Rauschen aeh,State Rep. Gerry Studds and State Rep. Thomas Lahr. <br /> Revised plans "99 Restaurant" i Mr. Rory O'Brien <br /> I&. Ron o'Br*en submitted revised plans for the Board to review and stated, <br /> "`Revisions include the elation of the two leaching fields and the addition of a F.A.S.T. <br /> denitrification leaching system.10) <br /> Mr. Evans questioned 1&. "Brien as to what the nitrogen levels will be reduced <br /> to."" <br /> Mr. O'Brien responded, `The system is permitted for B.o. ., T.S.S. and total <br /> nitrogen of 30, 30, 15." "We are also accounting for a 30% reduction of nitrogen in the <br /> leachingfield itself'and we're calling the effluent from the system to be 1 grams per <br /> g <br /> liter or less." <br /> i <br />
