NENUTES February 15, 1996 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a ' State sideline variance for the installation ofthe <br /> leach pit and a 4' Mate sideline variance.for the installation of the reserve, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all greed. <br /> 7 KEEL 'SAY - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mis lot was perked eight times." "we can't <br /> assume where the groundwater elevation is, based on test pit #8 Mess it is directly <br /> correlated." I would recommend a pert test in the area of the proposed leaching facility <br /> because groundwater was encountered Mn each of the eight test pits at between ' and 6.2' <br /> below surface which is crucial." `Also, we do not have the results on the monitoring <br /> wells." <br /> i <br /> Doherty stated "I would recommend we continue this matter due to the <br /> discrepancies of the detailed plan and the general site plan and as there were questions <br /> raised by a Board member I would recommend we research this matter and direct the <br /> engineer to reperk the lot in the location of the proposed leaching facility and he submit <br /> monitoring well results."' <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> OLD BUSINESS""* <br /> i <br /> "97 Bud et <br /> M-T. I would recommend the <br /> Board app rove the application, provided he is inspected periodically and pays the fee. <br /> IVI <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to amend the existing Detail Food Permit to include the sale of <br /> pre-packaged convenience foods, said permit shall require the applicant to pair a fee of <br /> i <br /> $5.00 to the Town of Mashpee, Board of Health on an annual basis and shall be subject to <br /> a periodic inspection an agent of this Board, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> p p � g <br />
