Gordan Pemmann, abutter and 1\4r. Gregg Taylor, abutter were <br /> m attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Stone presented revised plans and stated, I have now eliminated one of the <br /> variances as plans now indicate a crawl space." "The vent will be installed on the roof" <br /> "`fie are proposing a F.A.S.T. denitrification system with a u.v. disinfectant." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Mr. Stone has eliminated the odor problem by raising the <br /> stack vent arra he has added u.v. to the system which together with the F.A.S.T. should <br /> give hires credit to the wetlands.130 <br /> Doherty stated, `The vent was a concern voiced by the abutter's and a <br /> concern was raised about excavating to the northwestern property line." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The engineer will be held responsible for any damage to <br /> the abutting property." <br /> �. Stone stated, "There will be construction fences along the perimeter of the <br /> property." <br /> Mr. Pebmann stated, "My home is about 10" from the property line."' Is there any <br /> way to push the house the other way` " <br /> Mr. Ball commented, "'The Board of Health cannot require the owner to move the <br /> house.,) <br /> Ir. Ball motioned to grant a 4' State sideline variance, a 2 ' wetlands variance <br /> and the installation of a F.A.S.T. denitrification system with a u.v. disinfection unit with <br /> the stipulation the engineer submit a maintenance program according to D.B.F. provisions, <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 18 V EELHOUSE LANE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is requesting two <br /> sideline variances to increase the distance to the weltands for the leach pit and reserve.91 <br /> "The lot has been perked many, many times." 4(-Groundrater was encountered at it's <br /> highest at 10 ,, 1 would recommend approval. , <br />
