MEN]UTE S April 2 5, 19 9 6 4 BOARDof HEALTH APPOINTMENT: Nfichael Grotske - 110 Amos Landing Road Mr. Michael tarots e.was in attendance for preliminary discussion. Mr. Grotske explained, "This was a plan that was approved in 1986."') "The septic design includes the installation of a . .S.T. system with a u.v. disinfectant. 64,/kn abutting well is 7' from the proposed leaching facility which will require a variance and the edge of the wetland is approximately 7' from the proposed leaching Facility." "An alternative scheme is I could achieve a 100' setbacl from the abutting well however, the edge of the wetlands would be 65 Mr. McQuaid relayed, "With our new regulation we have approved variances down to 75' to the wetlands, that's with either a Clivus 1 lultrum system or an advanced denitrifying system and u.v. but we have never gone below 75 , Mr. Doherty stated, "As the well is under 100' a Title v hearing would be require .,5 Mr. McQuaid commented, "If the applicant for this property is willing to pay to relocate the abutting well to create 100' then that does away with the D.E.P. regulation of 100' separation.131) "It would then to be up to the Bo and whether or not to approve a variance to the wetlands."
