Bah <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT FART of THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrant signed. <br /> . Mr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of April 25, 1996, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> . _ r e e t between B.O.H. and I.R.P. to for water connection - Ilex. <br /> McQuaid raid stated `This letter was hand delivered to us last Friday." "I have forwarded it <br /> to Town Counsel for their review.'' "I would recommend the Board withhold comment <br /> until we have received approval." "In y opinion, we should not withdraw the article <br /> from Town 1leting until the agreement has been approved by Town Counsel and signed <br /> by both parties:" <br /> 4.) Letter from Barnstable D,P.W, re: WWTP - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "eve don't <br /> know quite where it's conning from." "We don't know whether they're looking to slut us <br /> off or blame some Iashpee business or perhaps them are some eceedanes in their <br /> wastewater discharge permit." `That"s why I was not willing to send therm the list of <br /> industries in town that may be contributing to any hazardous waste going into their <br /> treatment facility without the Board looking at it.*' <br /> Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to contact Mr. Mullen to deternm* e if there is <br /> a problem and to forward the information as requested. <br /> 5.) Agent and Assistant's salMy adjustment - Mr. McQuaid stated, "'The weekly <br /> sale comp ta.tion for Mr. Evans and myself was in error for this year." "`All that i <br /> needed is for the Board to vote to agree that the % cost of living increase was aper wd <br /> by the Board and the weekly salary will be adjusted accordingly. <br />
