Spring.comoost screening - Mr. Doherty stepped down from the screening bid <br /> issue as he found it to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mere are 1 12 windrows of compost ready to be <br /> screened." "Mr. DiMaggio has submitted an estimate of1350 cubic yards at $6.00 per <br /> and which is what he has been charging and is less then what has ever been quoted to us <br /> in the past." "I would recommend the Board approve the screening costs." "In speaking <br /> with Mike Scipine from Weston & Sampson it was suggested we use this screened loan <br /> for final cover material when we cap the landfill." "we are not capping the landff until <br /> 1988 which means we would have to store the screened loam either in the pit area or <br /> somewhere in the landfill." "we would need to notify the public that the compost would <br /> not be available."' Joseph DiMaggio with the <br /> stipulation a representative from Weston & Sampson concur with the conpstin estat <br /> (1350 cubic yards - to be screened) submitted by 11 x. DiMaggio and to provide the <br /> residents of the town with compost at no charge, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed <br />
