"I have copies of letters dating back to November 7, 1994 addressed t <br /> Judy l Ms, Chairman of the Board of Selectmen from D.E.P. saying that they are pleased <br /> to let us know that Mashpee has been awarded a grant $350,000.00., "1 have copies of an <br /> actual contract signed by this Board and D.E.P. accepting the $350,000.00." "1 have <br /> notified Congressman Studd's office and Torn Cahir's office."' "we're not dealing with <br /> the sane people at I .E.F. that we were dealing with before.' <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "If political pressure doesn't yield any results we should go <br /> forward with legal action." <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "In any opinion, we should get the chairman of the <br /> Board of Selectmen in ol ed."
