Questions were raised as to whether other
compounds were found in the water.
Mr. McQuaid stated, "I know we tested for hydrocarbons but D.E.P. required the
A gat Company to monitor for v.o.c.' ." "Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Pakkard, "If't
was only hydrocarbons not T.C.E. found in the water thea why was a full v.o.c. test
required of their drinking water wells:ill
Mr. Pakkard responded, "I do not have details when this went on but looking
through the records there was some monitoring of the groundwater that was required
quarterly for one year."
