Warrants signed. <br /> i <br /> APPOINTMENT: Priscilla Neubert - I 1 Hamblin Road <br /> Ms. Priscilla Neubert and Ms. Debra Forum were in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This matter eras before the Board last reel ." "It. is a <br /> failed septic system.' We had the owner contract with an engineer to devise a repair <br /> plan." `The Burd requested the apphcant acid a denitrification system due to the close <br /> proximity of flib wetland area." "Ms. Neubert cavae into the office and was visibly upset <br /> with the Board's decision." "She is apparently on a fixed income."' "There is some <br /> financial hardship here." "It is my recom lendation the Board reconsider its <br /> vote based on the visit with Ms. Neubert." <br /> Ms. Fortuna (FIs. Neubert s daughter) stated, "My mother i on a fixed ine ." <br /> "It has been a hardship just to replace the existing system." <br /> IrIr. Doherty stated, `When a plan is submitted a lot of the information does not <br /> - <br /> come along with .�t.13P 'There is a town regulation on the boos with allows a variance <br /> down to 7 ' when a denitrifying system is installed. 46In this case I am willing to go along <br /> with the agent's reoaendation.' <br /> MT. Doherty motioned to amend the Board's vote of Jure 20, 1996 by deleting the <br /> requirement ofa denitrifying system, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br />
