Evans relayed, "'We have received applications for 14 food stands at the <br /> "Pow-Wow." "l have reviewed them all and recommend the Board approve the "Pow- <br /> Wow" <br /> Po v- <br /> Wow" food stands.,13 <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned Ms. Sharpe, "Have you improved the power supply.17 <br /> Ms. Sharpe responded, cNo, ghat we did was instruct the vendors that they can no <br /> longer use freezers but can use small refrigerators.V) <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Freezers do not eliminate the problem." "There isn't <br /> enough poorer there and you loose power.' <br /> Ms. Sharpe commented, "One of the outside vendors has a freezer truck and he <br /> will allow the other vendors to use it." "We do not have mayonnaise based products." <br /> Mr. Evans informed Ms. Sharpe, "If there are temperature problems with any of <br /> the refrigerators we mill shut then down." <br /> Mr. Cram directed Mr. Evans to forward a fetter to the Tribal Council requesting <br /> they improve the source of electrical power that services the food vendors. <br /> 2.
