NffNUTES June 27, 1996 3 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr. Doherty motioned to forward a letter to D.E.P. with a copy to the appropriate official at the base demanding they notify this office immediately of any spills, �&. Ball seconded, all agreed. APPOINTMENT: Michael Grotske - 110 Amos Landing Road Mr. Grotske was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. 1&. Grotske stated, "The proposed systems is sized to provide exactly the leaching area required for a three bedroom house." "We end up with a distance of ' to the wetland area." Doherty motioned to grant a 10" State sideline variance, a 37' wetlands variance and a o' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting Drell, (lot 72) with the stipulation the owner provide the Board with a copy of the maintenance program for the leaching facility, said program shall be maintained for the 1 lifetime of the system Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. APP INTMEE T: K Dobie C. Grassetti - Stratford Ponds v.W.T.P. Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Grassetti has canceled his appointment." Acknowledged. 5.) Reguest for Coastal Resource Committee member shi Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The Committee is requesting the Board choose an alternate Board member to attend their meetings as attendance has been poor." Mr. Ball commented, "Due to my busy schedule I have been unable to attend their meetings." "'I would recommend they change their clay meetings to evenings."'
