Birkhauser, "If you're looking into the Industrial Park <br /> there are definitely some private wells upgradient of the area."' "Downgradient from the <br /> Industrial Park is Punkhorn Point and none oftriose homes are on town water. "If it <br /> veers off to the southeast, as I expect it would, thea you aro hitting Popponesset and not <br /> everyone there is on town water."" <br /> Mr. Birkhauser stated, "I guess we need to review the characteristics of the-area." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I think the Board would look more favorably upon <br /> construction of the facility if there were some sort of treatment that would remove the <br /> sodium." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I would like to see your discharge results from your facility <br /> in Yarmouth." <br /> Mr. Birkhauser stated, "We're not required to have those." "I could give you the <br /> phone number of the gentlemen who operates our other facility which requires lei-yearly <br /> testing." "The Board is invited to tour the facility in Yarmouth.' <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I'll anticipate getting a copy of the letter with the results of <br /> your meeting With D. .I .." "I will recommend to my Board that we get a sample of your <br /> discharge from the Yarmouth Plant and have it analyzed. ' <br /> APPOINTMENT - Al Blloia - Newspaper Recycling <br /> Mr. Elloian did not attend this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "It has now come to the point'where there are three trailers, <br /> two of which are fall of newspapers."
