""We have a copy ofthe Mss. dept. of Health <br /> regulations and we also have the Attorney General's guidelines for mobile home parks." <br /> "The representative from the Attorney General's office has told us that they are in <br /> violation of almost everything in there.' "Our number one concern is water quality and <br /> pressure."" "we get no notification when the water is going to be shut-off.303 "When they <br /> first bought the park there was a memo sent to everyone dated November 20, 1992 stating <br /> that between 10:00 and 12:00 every Wednesday the water would be shut-off for flushing.' <br /> "That hasn't been done for the last three ears." "They said it was going to happen until <br /> ffi � pp <br /> rther notice." "There was never a further notice and it said the water would be ofd'and <br /> people could plan for it. l' "The last three years there has been no set time for this to be <br /> done." "Sometimes it's done every few weeks, sometimes it's done every few months.55 <br /> "Nobody has any waning when the water is shut-off." "The way the previous owner's <br /> flushed the pipes we never had rustywater." "The water pressure is poor in some of the <br /> trailer's most of the time and poor in all of the trailer's some of the time." "The <br /> dumpster's are emptied once a week on Wednesday's." `The dumpster's are usually open <br /> and overflowing by Friday., "The area isnot properly graded so there are always puddles <br /> and mud."
