MTNUTES December 19, 1997 OAD OF HEALTH <br /> r <br /> Discussion took place regarding the proposed policy. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to adopt the "Emergency Septic Repair Plan olic 'I a <br /> presented, lir. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> *****OLD USnNIESS* <br /> Update - Lakeside Trailer Par <br /> 1\&. McQuaid informed Board members, "I met with l&. Haney out at the trailer <br /> park this afternoon." "I presented him with copies of what you have in front of you and <br /> also with draft copies of the mutes dealing with Lakeside last. week.11) " &. Haney <br /> knows that they are draft copies.21 1 also gave him a copy of the letter slated October <br /> 29th which was addressed to him with the concerns about water, plowing, etc. and with a <br /> copy of the letter addressed to the torn of Mashpee officials reiterating they concerns at <br /> which time they stated that they and their lawyer would be willing to meet with the town <br /> officials on any afternoon between 11:2.2 and 5:00 p.m.." "At 2:00 p.m. we scheduled <br /> meeting."' "All of the town officials were there, no one from the trailer park or their <br /> lagers showed up." "I went through our minutes and through the two letters and gave a <br /> list of helve concerns to 1 r. Haney dealing with water quality, lack of pressure, <br /> dumpsites, tree limbs hanging, electrical wiring, tree roots damaging septic systems, old <br /> cesspool material, the oil tank leak, inadequate plowing, common areas needing clearing, <br /> brush, slog response in time of emergencies, a septic cover missing at #51 which we <br /> brought up last geek and rubs and regulations needing to be posted. I spent 45 minutes <br /> out at the ark." "We went to the various sites of concern." "I suggested that he and his <br /> attorney go through the letters, go through the minutes and go through my list of concerns <br /> needing to be addressed and respond <br />
