"At that tine I didn t see any visible <br /> signs of an oil leak but I had gone to the police department to get one of those booms t <br /> put around the catch basin just in case. "I went back there several days later and there <br /> were no signs of any oil being absorbed by the booms."' "we're driving back to the office <br /> and I was about to let Mr. Haney out and the same fellow comes up and said what about <br /> the oil leak." '"I told him we had discussed this and I had looked into this years ago and he <br /> said well I think you looked at the wrong place, let ane show you where it is.'' 'So, I <br /> drove back up there with Mr. Haney, lir. Husted walked up there with his clog." "I got <br /> out of the car and walk over and 1r. Husted said, here is where the oil tank was. "when <br /> 17 <br /> i I gent out there to investigate this previously there was an oil tank at an adjacent trailer. <br /> "Mr. Husted went over and picked up some dirt and started smelling it and then throws it <br /> at Mr. Haney's feet."
