Selectman Gail and announced that for the Board's information, <br /> approval 'o.f a waiver has bee-n.--re' <br /> e n.--reeived from the Board of Health to <br /> .i s.tal l a sandvault--in the re ��c. of:-the 'down Hall. <br /> ll. P reg s asked Chairman if Laura Underhill , selectman from Eastham, <br /> was being considered for the Executive secretary position, <br /> Chairman responded that she has filed an application for the <br /> position. <br /> 12. Selectman Garland informed the Board that Mr. Merithew would like <br /> to come down next week and that he will call to set up an <br /> appointmentib <br /> 1 . selectman Thomas informed the Board that in regards to the Fuel <br /> Depot, the Engineer is not at all convinced that the present <br /> location indicated is the most desirable and that the Fire chief <br /> feels the same way. The Engineer would like the Board to consider <br /> another locatione <br /> Chairman asked why. <br /> Selectman Thomas stated because of the future Town Hall& <br /> Chairman asked if it couldn' t be located in back of the Fire <br /> Station. That' s just a sucestione <br /> Selectman Thomas responded that the Fire Chief is more than <br /> willing to have it there . <br /> Selectman Garland stated that the only other place would be alone <br /> side the parking lot because the Tv- carmera scars that area. <br /> Chairman <br /> requested that a memo be sent to Pat Green, Past Chairman <br /> of the Building committee, ardently requesting that she bring all <br /> maps , minutes , d.ocuments , etc, ,, that were compiled during the <br /> lice and Fire Stations to the' <br /> e <br /> construction process of the o <br /> selectmen' s office. <br /> 14 , Selectman Garland informed Town Counsel that Glenn Merithew is <br /> desperately trying to get the hose tower up. <br /> Town Counsel asked why he hasn' t done it yet. <br /> Selectman Garland stated that Merithew is goingto call Ryan as <br /> he has not fixed the cell door yet and also, Mr. Ryan has not <br /> provided us with a key that unlocks the 'cages for the lights. <br /> Town Counsel 'asked .if Ryan has been paid by Fellouris yet. <br /> Selectman Garland responded that he assunns that he has. <br /> - <br />
