There is no maximum involved. <br /> Chairman asked how many days before the hearing. <br /> Officer Ames responded 16 days . <br /> Chairman stated that he would rather have a court order him as <br /> a Selectman to have the dog released than to release the dog <br /> and have someone badly bitten. <br /> Selectman Garland stated that he agreed with the Chairman and <br /> requested that the letter being sent to Mrs. Johnson state that <br /> "she is hereby directed to meet" rather than "requested. " <br /> This letter is to be "Delivered in Hand. " <br /> 15 . Motion made by Selectman Garland, seconded by Slectman Thomas , to <br /> adjourn. Declared a vote by Chairman.
