Somebody i <br /> going to be killed. <br /> Chairman advised him to get his article into the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> Until the owner of the bridge is determined, none.- oft se mat:ers <br /> are going to be resolved. <br /> Mr. Hollander responded ok. <br /> Executive Secretary suggested that a letter be sent to Mr. Hollander <br /> outlining the procedures to take in submitting article, Board <br /> concurred. <br /> Selectman Garland stated that at one time, he thought that Town <br /> Counsel made- a determination that because of private roads leading <br /> to and -from that bridge it would be completely . .impossible for us to <br /> assure responsibility. <br /> Chairman stated that this is why he mentioned-` this . We . 'Should ,che- 'ck <br /> with Joe. When he got down there Al was almost irrational and my <br /> concern was that he was going to have a heart attack. I suggested that <br /> he go home and cool off a bit. <br /> 12, hai rman requested that a letter be seat to Kevin O'Connell revuesting <br /> that he contact the Board or the Executive Secretary relative to <br /> the Costa case , <br /> 1 , setter of Appreciation should be seat to the New seaburr Corporation <br /> relative to the Xmas lights at the rotary, <br /> 14. Motion made bar' selectman Thomas, seconded by Selectman Garland, to <br /> accept the Minutes of 12/17/80 . Declared a vote by Chairman, <br /> 15 . Motion- made by selectman Thomas , seconded by selectman Garland, <br /> appointing- the following as members to the Ma hpee Housing Authority: <br /> Gertrude uthbert,f- Elli t '.-S.mc� ,ler; Iareh D dam f; f' rx -W i-Ili a-m.Dhmann <br /> -Term to expire 5/9/81. Declared a vote by Chairman. <br /> Selectman Thomas requested that the Executive Secretary notify those <br /> appointed. we have to have the certified vote of the Special Town <br /> Fleeting of October and also a certified copy of today' s minutes <br /> 40 appointing the Housing Authority members. <br /> _ - <br />
